fields are actually not bad for learning technically but youre right that its harder to stay motivated. find a park with a distinctive tree or a building corner, even something boring like a water tow
okay so this might be a dumb question but i've watched probably a hundred youtube videos on cinematic drone moves and i still feel like im missing something fundamental. like i can do a basic reveal or a slow push-in but anything more complex - the orbit, the dronie, especially the ones where youre combining movements - it just falls apart.
is there an order you should learn these in? or do most people just pick a move and practice it to death until it clicks and then move on? i feel like im kind of jumping around and not making real progress. been at it for maybe 4 months, mostly in open fields which is probably part of the problem since theres nothing interesting to orbit around lol
also does flying with a subject that isnt moving make a huge difference vs trying to track something? cause most of my practice is with stationary stuff
