so i just got a mini 3 pro for christmas and ive been wanting to fly it at this big open park near my house, theres a huge grass field and nobody really uses it, but my buddy was telling me i need to register it with the faa or something before i can even take it out of the box basically. is that true? the drone weighs under 250g i think so does that change anything? i dont want to get a fine or whatever on my first time out
