random question but ive been curious about this for a while. when your out at a spot and just doing your thing do you have headphones in or nah. i used to always listen to podcasts but started feeling like i was missing ambient sound cues or whatever and switched to just nothing. now i kinda prefer the silence but it feels weird when the session is long.

curious what other people do honestly

no headphones for me ever. i need to hear the motors and also honestly just be aware of my surroundings. had a close call once when i wasnt paying atention and a dog came outta nowhere near my landing zone. never again

lol i always have one earbud in with like lo-fi stuff on spotify. the other ear is free so i can still hear things. works pretty well for me but i get why some people skip it entirely, especially at busier spots where you gotta stay alert
