so ive had my mini 3 pro for about 3 months now and lately its been doing this thing where i get signal warnings really close in, like sometimes as close as 80-100 meters which is insane because ive flown it way further before no problem. i dont think anything changed, same controller, same everything. the only thing i can think of is i started flying near this industrial park a few weeks ago but i went back to my usual field yesterday and it still did it. its not going into failsafe or anything it just gets laggy and throws the warnings. running the latest firmware i updated it last week thinking that might fix it but nope. really starting to bug me because i dont feel confident flying it anymore

had something similar on my mini 2 a while back, turned out i had my phone too close to the RC controller and it was causing interference. also worth checking if theres a wifi router or anything near where you launch from, that 2.4ghz band gets absolutely hammered in some areas. try switching the transmission channel manually in the app instead of leaving it on auto, that helped me a lot. if its still happening after that it might be worth checking the antennas on the controller are positioned right, people forget those things actually matter

could just be the ocusync or whatever they call it on the mini 3 fighting with other signals in your area. i flew near some powerlines once and it was a nightmare. does it show ce or fcc mode in your settings? some regions lock you to ce which cuts the transmission power pretty significantly, theres ways around it but i wont get into that here
