so ive been flying for about 8 months now and honestly most of my clips have been pretty garbage but last saturday something just clicked. went out to the coast around 6am before anyone showed up and the light was insane. caught this long gliding shot following the shoreline with the waves breaking underneath and i didnt even plan it, just kind of happened.

threw it together in a quick edit, nothing fancy, just cuts and some color grading i mostly guessed at. if anyones got time to watch and give actual feedback id appreciate it. not looking for like comments, just wanna know if the motion feels too fast or if im losing the shot by panning too quick. link in my profile.

watched it, the second clip where you bank left over the water is really nice. i think you're right that some of the pans feel rushed but tbh early morning beach stuff forgives a lot because the light does half the work for you. what drone were you on? the dynamic range looks pretty good for compressed footage.

color grading looked a litle washed out to me but the composition was solid, especially that low pass at the end. dont undersell yourself, 8 months in and getting shots like that is not bad at all
