anyone else here do this as more than just a hobby

been flying for about 3 years now and somewhere along the way i started picking up small real estate gigs on the weekends. nothing crazy just like local agents who need a few exterior shots. got my part 107 last spring which was honestly easier than i expected. not trying to quit my day job or anything but its kinda cool that something i do for fun is actually paying for itself now. curious if anyone else kinda stumbled into it like that or if most people here are strictly hobby flyers

yeah same boat, i do inspections on the side. cell towers mostly, got connected through a guy i met at a local flying club meetup. the 107 opens a lot of doors even if you dont go full time with it
