what do you guys do when its too windy to fly

  • Members

so ive had my mini 3 pro for about 6 months now and honestly the weather here just does not cooperate. its been like 3 weeks since i got a decent flight in. too windy, too cloudy, one day it actually snowed which was a surprise. anyway i just end up sitting in my living room watching youtube videos of other people flying which is kind of depressing lol

do you guys have like a backup hobby or something you do when you cant get out? im half tempted to get a sim going on my pc but idk if thats worth it for recreational flying or if thats more of a racer thing

velvet simulator on pc is actually pretty decent for just messing around, not just for racers. i use it on bad weather days mostly to practice smooth camera movements. wont make you a better flier exa
