been flying with some old attitude v5s for like 2 years now and finally ready to upgrade. narrowed it down to these two but cant decide. the hdo2s are obviously more expensive but ive heard mixed things about the sky04x screens. anyone have experience with both? my main thing is i want something that works well in bright sunlight since i do alot of outdoor flying

had the sky04x for about 8 months now and honestly pretty happy with them. screen is decent, not amazing but way better than my old dominators. the diversity reception is solid too. never tried the hdo2 though so cant really compare. for the price difference i think the skyzone are hard to beat unless you really need that extra screen quality

go with the hdo2s if you can afford it. yes theyre more expensive but the build quality is just better. ive had mine for over a year and they still feel solid. plus the screen clarity is noticably better especially when your doing close proximity stuff where you need to see detail. the sky04x are fine but they feel kinda cheap to me
