flying in costa rica next month — anyone done it?

so ive been planning this trip to costa rica for like 6 months and only just started looking into drone rules there and im kind of stressing out. from what i can find you need to register with DGAC and get some kind of permit but the info online is all over the place and half of it seems outdated. taking my mini 3 pro. anyone actually flown there recently and know whats current?

    i think the permit thing depends on whether youre doing it commercially or just for fun? not 100% sure tho. also heard the humidity can mess with your gimbal so maybe bring silica gel packets or whate
