so i spent like three weekends editing this thing together, footage from a few different spots around my area, figured id just put it out there and see what happens. its getting views which is cool but the comments are brutal, people pointing out my transitions are choppy and one guy said my ND filter choice was wrong for the conditions

looking back at the footage now i think the shutter speed was off in a couple clips too, theres this weird motion that doesnt quite look right. didnt notice it until someone mentioned it. anyway just venting i guess, not really sure if i should keep posting or just practice more before i put anything else out

everyone's first video gets torn apart, that's just how it goes. the fact that you actually edited it together and posted it already puts you ahead of like half the people who say they're gonna do it and never do. keep posting, you wont get better at editing by not editing

the shutter speed thing tripped me up forever, the 180 degree rule sounds simple until youre out there actually trying to remember to adjust it every time the lighting changes. also what ND filter were you using? curious what the guy in the comments was saying because sometimes those comments are actually helpful and sometimes people are just talking out of their ass
