saw it posted on the local club facebook page, looks like theyre doing a group fly on saturday morning around 9am. ive never been to one of these things before and not sure what to expect, like do you just show up and fly or is there some kind of organized thing that happens? also wondering if its worth dragging out my whole bag or just bring one bird

ive been to a few of these and honestly its pretty chill, most people just set up wherever theres space and fly around, sometimes somebody organizes a little race or distance thing but usually its just vibes. bring whatever you want to fly, half the fun is seeing what everyone else showed up with anyway

oh man i didnt even know about this one, is it the same club that did the one at the fairgrounds back in spring? that was a good time, showed up not knowing anyone and ended up staying like 4 hours lol
