so ive been seeing some posts about a group fly-in happening at Ridgeline Park on the 18th and im trying to figure out if its worth the drive. its like 2 hours for me which isnt terrible but i dont want to show up and its just 3 guys standing around with microquads ya know. anyone been to one of these before or know how many people usually show up to these things

went to the one they did there back in spring and honestly it was a solid turnout, maybe 25-30 people. mix of fpv guys, some phantom era dads with their minis, even a couple fixed wing guys which was cool to see. they usually do a raffle too if i remember right. worth the drive imo

omg i didnt even know about this, how do you find out about these events? is there like a facebook group or something? i've been flying for a few months and i still havent met anyone local
