heard theres a group flight thing happening saturday morning at lakeside, someone posted about it in the local facebook group but the details were pretty vague. does anyone know if its an AMA sanctioned event or just casual? im still not super confident flying around a lot of people and dont want to show up with my mini 3 and look like an idiot next to guys with 5 inch freestyle builds lol

yeah i saw that post too. from what i can tell its totally casual, no registration or anything. i went to the one they did in march and honestly it was super chill, mix of everything from tiny whoops to some big long range stuff. nobody made me feel weird about my equipment. just show up
