so ive been seeing some posts on the local facebook group about a casual fly-in happening saturday morning at lakeview park and i dont really know what to expect. is it like, super organized or just people showing up and flying? i only have my mini 3 and feel a bit weird showing up with that when everyone else probably has these massive 5 inch builds or something. anyone been to one of these before?

dude just go, seriously. ive been to like four or five of these things and nobody cares what you fly. half the people show up with minis or even those little tiny whoops. its mostly just standing around talking gear for two hours and then everyone flies for like 20 minutes lol. bring snacks

I went to one last spring and honestly wasnt sure what to expect either but it was really chill. there was a guy there with a brand new fpv build and another dude flying an old phantom 3 so yeah pretty mixed crowd. the main thing i noticed is people love talking about their setups way more than actually flying
