so ive had my mavic sitting on the desk for like 4 days now because the wind here has just been relentless. i keep checking the weather app every couple hours like its gonna magically change. anyway got me thinking what do other people do with their downtime when they cant get out and fly. ive been watching old fpv videos on youtube mostly and doing some light editing on footage i already have but im running out of stuff to do honestly

lol same, i usually just end up cleaning the drone way more than it needs to be cleaned. like my mavic has never been so spotless in its life. also been messing with betaflight settings on my quad even though i dont have anything actually wrong with it, just gives me something to do i guess

Honestly I use the time to rewatch some of the cinematic drone stuff on vimeo, not youtube. Way better quality and it actually helps me think about shot composition for next time. Also sometimes I'll just go outside and walk the area I want to film without the drone, helps more than you'd think for planning shots.
