random question but do you guys listen to music while flying

  • Members

so this came up when i was out with a buddy last weekend — he always has earbuds in when hes flying and i always thought that was kind of dangerous? like you cant hear if somethings coming or if the motors sound off. but he says he can still see everything fine and the music helps him focus

i tried it once and kept getting distracted honestly. curious what other people do

I do sometimes but only one earbud and pretty low volume. mostly just background noise tbh. You're right that you miss motor sounds though, had a close call once cause i didnt notice one of my motors
