so the wind has been absolutely brutal here for like two weeks straight and im going insane. been doing a lot of sim time but honestly its not the same. started rewatching some of my old footage from last summer and actually forgot how good that lake shoot came out. anyway what do you all do when you just cant get out there, do you tinker with gear or just wait it out

i usually end up doing maintenance i kept putting off lol. recalibrated my compass, updated firmware, cleaned the props. stuff i ignore when the weather is good. also been watching youtube videos of people flying places ive never been which is either inspiring or just depressing depending on the day

honestly i just use it as an excuse to browse gear i dont need and then close the tab before i do something dumb with my credit card
