got a LAANC approval but DJI still wont unlock the zone, what am i missing

ok so this has been driving me crazy for like two days now. i flew in a controlled airspace zone last month no problem, did the LAANC thing through aloft, got my authorization email, unlocked it in the DJI app and it was fine. now im trying to do the same thing for a different location, went through aloft again, got my approval, but my mavic 3 just refuses to let me take off. still showing the zone as locked. ive tried restarting the app, restarting the drone, even reinstalled DJI fly. the authorization shows as active in aloft. is there something weird going on with how DJI handles these or did i mess up the unlocking process somehow, i thought i did it the same way as before
