weird thing to post on a drone forum i know but ive been feeling kind of over it lately. not selling anything or quitting just like... the excitement isnt the same as when i first got into it 3 years ago. flew my mavic last weekend and it was fine, got some decent shots, but i remember when id be pumped for days before a flight. maybe its just winter. maybe i need a new spot to fly idk

honestly this happens to me every couple months and then i see some insane footage somebody posts and im right back into it. think its pretty normal. you might just need a new chalenge or something, like try a location you wouldnt normally bother with

I went through this pretty hard around year two. Ended up switching from camera drones to freestyle for a bit and that basically reset everything for me. Different enough to feel new but still the same hobby. Not saying that'll work for you but changing the type of flying helped more than I expected.
